The Leadership Heights Speaker Series at the 2023 National Jamboree is an opportunity for scouts from all over the country to hear from leaders in their fields. In addition, to all of the exciting experiences the scouts will participate in at the Jamboree and during their Leadership Heights experience we believe hearing from role models and leaders in fields the scouts might be looking to pursue can help launch their leadership journey. About Leadership Heights

Leadership Heights is a brand new program area that will be unveiled at the 2023 National Jamboree that is focused on empowering Scouts with the opportunity to take their own leadership journey. This engaging, inspiring and immersive leadership experience will be unlike anything that’s ever been seen before in Scouting and will help propel all of the Scout’s that participate in it to go home and be better leaders in their units, community, nation and world.

Built on an academic curriculum and research Leadership Heights will showcase that leadership is all around us and will empower the 10,000+ Scouts that attend the National Jamboree to be reflective and thoughtful in their own leadership journey and get them excited about the leadership opportunities that exist in their community, nation and world.
